How it works

A softer front door, backed by serious safeguards.

Starting with a new provider should feel simple, not stressful. Here's exactly what happens between first contact and first shift.

  1. Tell us your story

A relaxed conversation — phone, video or in person. Tell us what a good day looks like, and what support has felt like when it's gone wrong. No forms before we've listened.

  2. Meet your match

We shortlist workers by skill, personality and availability, then introduce you before anything is signed. You always have the final say — and you can change your mind.

  3. Grow at your pace

Support starts and settles into a rhythm. We check in regularly, and when your NDIS plan changes, your support changes with it.

  • Participant choice and control at the centre
  • Plain-English service agreements
  • Worker screening and safeguarding practices
  • Families and coordinators kept in the loop
  • Easy feedback and complaints pathways
  • Goal reviews aligned to your NDIS plan

Who we walk with

Three journeys. One promise.

Whether you're living the plan, caring for someone who is, or coordinating a caseload — here's what working with us feels like.

For participants

Your plan. Your call.

This is your funding and your life — we fit around your goals, not the other way round. You choose who supports you, how they support you, and you can change anything that isn't working.

Start the conversation

For families & carers

In the loop, by default.

You shouldn't have to chase updates or re-explain everything to a new face each week. We communicate proactively — and when we say respite, we mean a break you can genuinely relax during.

Ask about respite

For support coordinators

Straight answers, fast.

Referrals are read by a person, capacity answers are honest, and documentation arrives without chasing. If we're not the right fit for a participant, we'll tell you early.

The Followurpath difference

Built for people who've been let down before.

Followurpath exists because participants and families kept telling us the same stories — about the things other providers kept getting wrong.

Consistent workers, every shift

A small, stable team you know by name — not a different face each visit. Consistency is the foundation everything else is built on.

A real person answers

Every enquiry is read and triaged by a human. Urgent needs, location and worker availability are checked early — nobody is left waiting in a queue.

Families stay in the loop

Regular updates for carers and family members without them having to chase. Communication is built into the service, not bolted on.

No lock-in agreements

Clear service agreements that flex as your plan evolves. You're never locked into arrangements that no longer fit your life.

For support coordinators

Referrals welcome — no runaround.

Send a referral or just sound us out. We'll tell you quickly whether we have capacity and the right worker — and if we don't, we'll say so rather than string you along.

Policies & safeguards

The unglamorous things, done properly.

Good support runs on good paperwork — privacy, agreements, feedback and screening. Here's where we stand on each.

Your privacy

We only collect what we need to respond and plan support safely. Your information is stored securely, shared only for service delivery or legal obligations, and you can ask to see or correct it at any time.

Feedback & complaints

Anyone can raise feedback or make a complaint — it will be taken seriously and never affects your supports. Urgent risks are escalated immediately, in line with NDIS Commission requirements.

Service agreements

Before support starts you'll receive a plain-English agreement covering supports, pricing, cancellations and how to change or end the arrangement. No surprises.

Safe, screened workers

Workers are screened and supported to deliver safe, respectful care. We're transparent about our provider status, screening and insurance — just ask.

Want the full documents? Email admin@followurpath.com.au and we'll send our current privacy, complaints and service agreement documents.

Common questions

Everything you might want to know before reaching out.

Is Followurpath a registered NDIS provider?

Our registration details are being finalised — what matters most is fit. Tell us how your plan is managed (self-managed, plan-managed or agency-managed) and we'll confirm clearly whether we can support you, before anything is signed.

Which areas do you cover?

Toowoomba, Kingsthorpe, Oakey and nearby communities. Coverage for a specific suburb depends on worker availability — send us your postcode and we'll confirm quickly.

How quickly can support start?

It depends on your needs, worker matching and the service agreement. Some supports can start within days; complex supports take longer to set up well. We'll give you an honest timeframe upfront rather than a promise we can't keep.

Can I choose or change my support worker?

Absolutely. Choice and control sit at the centre of how we work. If a match isn't working, we find a better one — no awkward conversations required on your side.

What supports does Followurpath deliver?

Core Supports under the NDIS — Assistance with Daily Life and Assistance with Social & Community Participation — including personal care, community access, respite and independence-skills coaching.

What does it cost?

Supports are priced in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and every rate is set out in your service agreement before support starts. No hidden fees.

Still wondering about something? Send us a message — we'll come back to you within one business day.
